HEYCHIC Membership Service Policy: (Last update: October 18, 2024)

1. HEYCHIC Membership Points This policy governs the HEYCHIC Membership Program. Points earned under the same email address are accumulated and displayed in the “My Points” section of your account.

2. Earning Membership Points 2.1)Points can be earned through qualified purchases and activities on the HEYCHIC website and app. These activities include, but are not limited to: - Making purchases on the HEYCHIC platform - Participating in daily check-ins - Promotional events that specifically offer membership points, as detailed on applicable product or promotional pages. 2.2)Points will not be awarded for the following activities: - Purchases paid with coupons, including but not limited to gift vouchers, product redemption vouchers, discount vouchers, group-buy vouchers, and other promotional offers. - Purchases made on behalf of others or for commercial purposes (e.g., proxy buying).

3. Membership Points Rules 3.1) Members will earn 1 point for every AU$1 spent on eligible purchases. Payments in other currencies will be converted to AUD based on real-time exchange rates for point calculation. 3.2) Points for eligible orders will be credited after the order is fully shipped. 3.3) Points and coupons are valid as per the following schedule: - Points and coupons earned between January 1 and June 30 will expire on June 30 of the following year. - Points and coupons earned between July 1 and December 31 will expire on December 31 of the following year. - If your account is closed before the expiration date, unused points and coupons will be void. Expired points are automatically removed.

4. Redeeming Points 4.1) Points can be redeemed through various programs, including: - Unlimited quantity redemptions during the points’ validity period. - Limited quantity redemptions, offered on a first-come, first-served basis. - Prize draws with limited quantities, where winners are selected randomly. - Points + cash redemptions, subject to availability. 4.2) Points can be redeemed for gifts or services, subject to availability. Gift offerings may change periodically. 4.3) Points will be deducted in the order they were earned, starting with the oldest. 4.4) If a purchase is cancelled or unsuccessful, points earned from that purchase will be revoked. 4.5) Once redeemed, points cannot be refunded. For any issues with redeemed gifts, please contact customer service. 4.6) For redemptions involving both points and cash, if a refund is issued, both the points and cash will be returned, except for expired points.

5. Points Usage Terms 5.1) Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They can only be used as outlined in this policy. 5.2) We may modify the point system or rules, with notifications provided via the website, email, or in-app messages. 5.3) Points obtained through improper or fraudulent activities (e.g., cheating, malicious ordering) will be cancelled. Orders placed using such points will also be voided. 5.4) Invoices will not include the portion of transaction paid by points. 5.5) Accounts and points may be frozen or terminated in cases of policy violations, abnormal activity, or fraudulent behavior, restricting point use and discounts.

6. Account Use and Cancellation 6.1) Membership accounts are strictly for personal use and cannot be transferred or shared. You are responsible for safeguarding your account login details, and all activity under your account will be attributed to you. 6.2) You can update your personal information by logging into your HEYCHIC account. 6.3) To cancel your account, please contact customer service. Account cancellation is subject to meeting certain conditions, such as settling any outstanding balances and ensuring no pending orders. Upon cancellation, your account, points, coupons, and transaction history will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
