2. Return and Exchange Policy

The following return and exchange policy applies to orders made through the HEYCHIC Online Store and HEYCHIC Official App.

Please note that our online portal cannot accept returns of in-store purchases. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

2.1 General Return

Heychic values our customers and wants you to be happy with your purchase. The following policy details the returns and exchange conditions of Heychic.

• Returns are accepted 30 days from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided.

• Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed or otherwise undamaged with original tags attached.

• Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your items are delivered to us.

• We reserve the right to delay a refund until returned items have arrived at our warehouse.

• Items marked with “FINAL SALE” cannot be returned or exchanged.Final sale items returned are subject to sending back to the customer at their own cost.

• Returns are applicable for store credit only.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Lost and stolen returns packages are not liabilities of Heychic.

• Upon making a purchase, we provide you with the information of the carrier and the tracking number linked with your order. Please contact the courier company directly to track your package. Kindly note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

• In the event you suspect your package is lost, the initial step is opening a case with Australia Post or DHL. After opening a case, please forward the case number to our Heychic Customer Care team with your name, order number and description of items. Please be advised that the case resolution may require up to 10 business days.

The following items are not eligible for returns due to health, hygiene and operational reasons:

• Underwear and any items with a hygiene seal (for example swimwear, bikini bottoms and one-pieces)

• Headwear

• Items on their own are part of a set (for example bikini tops and bottoms)

• Jewellery, including but not limited to earrings, rings, bracelets and necklaces

• Gift cards

• We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"

An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged,or missing items;

Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

• Return labels are at the expense of the customer and can be purchased via our online returns portal. Customers can opt to purchase Chic ReturnEase at checkout for free returns.

• If you are returning multiple orders, please pack each order separately. If multiple orders are returned inside a single return package, your return will require additional time to process.

• No store credits will be issued for any non-eligible items returned.

2.2 Return of Faulty or Wrong Items

If you are returning because of the following reasons:

• Your item may have a fault

• You have been sent a wrong item

Returns due to faulty items or wrong items are not bounded by the general return policies.

2.3 Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy by using our online returns portal and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.
