Make a quick and simple return of your items by using our returns portal below.

 

If you are returning because of the following reasons:

  • Your item may have a fault
  • You have been sent a wrong item

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items.

Returns are refunded in the form of store credits and are processed within 5-7 business days after your items are delivered to us.

To offer our customers the best possible prices, we do not factor in the potential cost of returns into our pricing. This approach allows us to keep our prices low, although it means we are unable to provide free returns. Thank you for your understanding.

At the moment, we do not accept in-store exchanges and returns as our team works on integrating the two system. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Please note: Please ensure to package each order separately. If multiple orders are returned inside a single return package, your return will require additional time to process. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.

Can I exchange items?

We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy by using our online returns portal and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.

What items are not eligible for return?

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to health and hygiene (unless the item is faulty).

  • Underwear and any items with a hygiene seal (for example swimwear, bikini bottoms and one-pieces)
  • Headwear
  • Items on their own are part of a set (for example bikini tops and bottoms)
  • Jewellery

Other things you need to know about our returns policy

Item(s) must be unworn, unused, unwashed, or otherwise undamaged with original tags attached and in original packaging.

Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your items. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.

Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns.

Final Sale Items returned are subject to being sent back at the customer's cost or discarded. Please kindly note, the shipping fees will apply for the postage on both journeys.

We reserve the right to delay a refund until items are actually received based on credible concerns surrounding potential fraud.

Reserved rights regarding returns

    We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

    • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
    • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
    • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

    Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

    Non-Heychic items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.



    Full returns and exchange policy


    Heychic values our customers and wants you to be happy with your purchase. The following policy details the returns and exchange conditions of Heychic.

    • Returns are accepted 30 days from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided.
    • Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed or otherwise undamaged with original tags attached.
    • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your items are delivered to us.
    • We reserve the right to delay a refund until items are actually received based on credible concerns surrounding potential fraud.
    • Items marked with “FINAL SALE” cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Final sale items returned are subject to sending back to the customer at their own cost.
    • Returns are applicable for store credit only, unless the item is faulty.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Lost and stolen returns packages are not liabilities of Heychic.

    Returns of faulty items

    Heychic strives to provide items of the best quality to our customers. However mishaps can occur. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged upon arrival, please email customercare@heychic.com.au as soon as possible.

    Faulty item return is not bound by the above policies.

    You have received a wrong item

    In the event that you received a wrong item, please email customercare@heychic.com.au.

    Returns of wrong items are free of charge.

    Missing, Lost, or Stolen Parcels

    Upon making a purchase, we provide you with the information of the carrier and the tracking number linked with your order. Please contact the courier company directly to track your package. Kindly note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

    In the event you suspect your package is lost, the initial step is opening a case with Australia Post or DHL. After opening a case, please forward the case number to our Heychic Customer Care team with your name, order number and description of items. Please be advised that the case resolution may require up to 10 business days.
