Pre-order policy

This policy outlines the details regarding pre-order items at Heychic.

Items marked as “pre-order” are not currently in stock. These items will be shipped once they become available.

For orders containing a pre-order item and shipping within Australia, the pre-order item and currently in-stock item will arrive in separate shipments.

For orders containing a pre-order item and shipping outside of Australia, all items in the order will be held until the pre-order item is ready for shipment. If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

The estimated arrival date for pre-order items is provided for reference only. The actual delivery date may be earlier or later than anticipated.

Once your pre-order item is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.

Pre-order items will be shipped using standard shipping.

Pre-order items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges until they have been delivered.
