HEYCHIC Chic ReturnEase Policy

1. Service Overview

HEYCHIC’s Chic ReturnEase uplifts your shopping experience. By paying AUD $2.95 at checkout, you can enjoy free shipping for one return within 30 days of purchase, no question asked. Chic ReturnEase is currently only available for Australian customers as we work to expand service provision. International customers purchased by accident can request for a refund.

For multiple items under one order to be returned, please return all items together to enjoy free return. A second return under the same order is not covered under Chic ReturnEase.


2. Eligibility Criteria

2.1. Eligible Customers

  • Only Australia orders are currently eligible for Chic ReturnEase. The delivery address must be within Australia, and account registration details must match the delivery address.
  • International orders are currently ineligible for Chic ReturnEase as we work to expand the provision of this service. Fees for this service will be refunded for ineligible orders (see "Refund Process").

2.2. Purchase Requirements

  • Users must select Chic ReturnEase option at checkout and pay AUD $2.95.
  • Orders without this service will require customers to cover return shipping and associated costs as listed in our Returns Policy.

3. Service Scope

3.1. Eligible Products

  • Most products sold on HEYCHIC are eligible for Chic ReturnEase (exclusions apply, including but not limited to customised items, intimate apparel, clearance goods. Please refer to our returns policy on eligible products).
  • Products must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and undamaged packaging.

3.2. Exclusions

  • Products with damage, stains, or loss caused by the user, are not eligible for Chic ReturnEase.
  • Return requests submitted after the 30-day period are not eligible for Chic ReturnEase.

3.3. Service Conditions

  • Chic ReturnEase allows one free return for each order with this add-on service purchased. For multiple items under one order to be returned, please return all items together to enjoy free return. A second return under the same order is not covered under Chic ReturnEase.
  • Chic ReturnEase supports returns only and does not apply for exchanges.
  • Chic ReturnEase is for online returns only and not applicable for in-store returns. If the order is returned in store, the fee for Chic ReturnEase will not be refunded.
  • When customers lodge a return in the returns portal, a handling fee will still be shown on the page. The fee will not be collected when we process your store credit. 
  • This policy does not affect statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1. Documentation

  • Customers are required to provide the original order number, proof of Chic ReturnEase purchase, and intact product packaging.

4.2. Return Process

  • Customers are responsible to contact customer support to initiate a return, collect pre-paid shipping label and return the item at a post office.
  • A full refund of product cost in the forms of store credit (in line with the existing return policy) will be issued once the return has arrived at our warehouse and the condition of the items are reviewed.

5. International User Provisions

5.1. Refund Process

  • International customers who inadvertently purchased Chic ReturnEase may contact customer care to request a refund.
  • Customers are responsible to submit order number and payment confirmation to customer care to initiate a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

5.2. Return Limitations

  • Chic ReturnEase is unavailable for international orders. Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs and customs duties.

6. Liability Disclaimer

6.1. HEYCHIC is not liable for return failures due to shipping delays, customs holds, or incorrect addresses provided by users.

6.2. Abuse of Chic ReturnEase (e.g., excessive returns, fraudulent claims) may result in account restrictions.


7. Policy Amendments & Interpretation

HEYCHIC reserves the right to modify this policy as needed. Updated terms will take effect upon official publication. Final interpretation rights belong to HEYCHIC.
